Represents these clients before local, state and federal agencies and courts on a variety of matters including state and federal environmental permitting, water use and supply, wetland and endangered species regulation and water quality permitting.

With over 22 years of experience in the practice of water, environmental, land use, and governmental law matters, he has had substantial involvement in the development of major environmental legislation and agency regulations in Florida.

Mr. Fumero served a General Counsel for the South Florida Water Management District. As General Counsel, he was directly responsible for the overall management of a 50-person law office. He represented the agency and its nine-member, Governor-appointed Board before numerous state, federal and administrative forums. He was also the director of the agency's Office Governmental and Legislative Affairs.
