Jed R. Schneck has over eight years experience practicing in the areas of water, environmental, governmental and land use law. Mr. Schneck represents public and private sector clients before local, state and federal agencies and courts on a variety of matters, including consumptive use permits, environmental resource permits, waste and storm water discharge permits, enforcement actions and public works projects. Additionally, Mr. Schneck counsels local government clients on federal and state legislative and rulemaking developments.
Prior to joining Sundstrom, Friedman & Fumero, Mr. Schneck served as an Assistant County Attorney in Lee County, Florida. While at the County, Mr. Schneck handled a wide range of legal matters, focusing primarily on contract, environmental, real property and transportation law. In his role at the County, Mr. Schneck also served as counsel to the Southwest Florida International Airport and the Lee County Metropolitan Transportation Planning Organization. Additionally, Mr. Schneck served as an Assistant General Counsel at the Florida Department of Transportation in Tampa, Florida where he focused on contractual, condemnation, right-of-way and public records issues.
Mr. Schneck is a member of The Florida Bar, The Pennsylvania Bar and the U.S. Middle District Court of Florida.
